White cake recipe
Ingredients: 2 cups sugar; 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour; 1/2 cup vegetable oil; 3 tsp. baking powder; 2 tsp. vanilla; 4 eggs whites; 2 cups whole milk.
Directions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir. In another large mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, vanilla, oil, and milk. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Using the paddle attachment of a stand mixer or a hand held mixer, beat on low speed for 30 seconds to combine the ingredients. Set mixer to medium speed and beat for 2 minutes.
