Now that the kids are off to school, I have plenty of time to prepare a hearty breakfast for myself in the morning.  In the summer, I typically grab a yogurt or bowl of cereal.  But starting in the fall, I have my mornings free to cook.  This was the perfect time to team up with Techef and review this omelette maker.  Now, I've made scrambled eggs for years, but I've never attempted to make an omelette.  I really enjoy them when I go out to eat, but I always thought they looked a little intimidating with all the flipping involved.  To my surprise, it was very easy to use this pan.  The non-stick coating sure does work wonders!  I put my whisked eggs on one side of the pan and veggies on the other.  I shut the pan and let the omelette cook for several minutes over medium heat.  I flipped the pan expecting it to be one big mess when I opened it!  But it was quite the opposite.  The eggs were light and fluffy and perfectly cooked.  Without using any oil, I was able to easily glide the omelette out of the pan and onto my breakfast plate.  Although I received this for free for review purposes, I can honestly say, this is a great product for making omelettes!  I can't wait to make another one tomorrow morning!
