I have loads of fresh basil and oregano growing in my garden! I typically weigh in ounces when baking, but I many baking recipes use grams for measurements.  Now I can start baking these tasty recipes, that's I've tucked away!  I'll post some pictures soon of my new creations using my Ozeri scale!
