Oreo S'mores Cupcakes
When I came across the display of Oreo S'mores cookies next to the check-out,  I stopped in the middle of the grocery store.  For those who've been grocery shopping with m, know I do not often come to a complete halt in the middle of the store.  Normally, I am pushing a cart at full speed, while trying to rush home to get my kids off the bus.  But today, I stopped in my tracks for these Oreo S'mores cookies.  As if the cookies itself weren't yummy enough, I created these Oreo S'mores cupcakes with an Oreo S'mores cookie at the bottom and marshmallow cream frosting on top.  It's not your tradition s'more by any means, but they certainly taste AMAZING! Run, do not walk, to your grocery store to get these limited edition cookies while they last!
