Halloween is one of our family's favorite holidays. The kids are excited for Halloween parties at school and we've been busy brainstorming "trunk or treat" ideas for the church Halloween bash in a few weeks. We mostly get excited, though, for all of the tasty Halloween treats in the grocery store this time of year. These Halloween Oreos were calling my name when I saw them in the grocery store aisle. Some people follow the season by changes in the weather. I, on the other hand, track the changes in seasons by the new Oreo flavors arriving on the shelves! These Halloween Oreos are absolutely scrumptious! They are the perfect companion for M&M candies in these fudgy brownies. In place of vegetable oil, I used coconut oil, which added more flavor and richness. I'm going to pack these in my kids lunches this week and I'll make another batch on Halloween night for a few lucky "witches and ghosts" who knock on my door!
