Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cupcakes

Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream is my husband's favorite flavor.  In fact, I don't think he knows other flavors exist!  I try to mix up my flavors while he stays faithful to his one and only. For an early Father's Day gift, I surprised him with these chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream cupcakes.  Some people give their husbands and dads shirts or neck ties, others give the gift of cookie dough flavored cupcakes! I say, you might as well please your loved ones.  And these, I must say, are certainly crowd pleasing.  They disappeared faster than I could make them.  Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there.  And happy baking to all you cupcake lovers of the world!
