Devil's Food Cake Recipe
Cupcakes: 2 cups sugar; 2 and 1/2 cups sifted flour; 3/4 cup Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder; 1/8 tsp. sea salt; 1 cup dark brewed coffee; 1 cup whole milk; 2 tsp. baking soda; 1/2 cup oil; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions: In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, dark brewed coffee; whole milk; oil; and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
