My kids loved this Summer S'mores Dip I created with Dean's DairyPure Sour Cream, marshmallow dip, and whipped topping. It's the perfect summer snack to enjoy on the patio! Here's how I made this S'mores dip with Dean's DairyPure Sour Cream:
Graham cracker layer: 1 and 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers; 1/4 cup melted butter
Dip layer: 1/2 cup Dean's Dairy Pure Sour Cream; one 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream; 1/2 cup whipped topping; 2 tsp. vanilla
Topping: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 6-8 graham crackers to place around edges for serving
Graham cracker layer: use a food processor to crush graham crackers. Pour into a small mixing bowl. Melt butter in the microwave for 30 seconds or until completely melted. Add to the crushed graham cracker crumbs and stir. Pour mixture into an 8x8 dish. Use your hands to press the mixture onto the bottom of dish.
Dip layer: In a small mixing bowl, combine Dean's DairyPure Sour Cream, marshmallow cream, vanilla, and whipped topping. Using a hand mixer, mix on medium speed for 1 minute, or until smooth. Pour the dip layer over the graham cracker layer. Use a spatula to smooth to the edges.
Topping: Sprinkle chocolate chips over the dip layer. Place graham crackers around the edges for serving. Dip can be served immediately. For a thicker dip, place in refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
