The peanut butter layer is thicker, so I would recommend putting it in your glass before adding the strawberry layer. I poured my smoothies into these cute mini trifle dishes, which add a tropical touch. But feel free to be creative with whatever glass you choose. The recipe is just enough for 2 small to medium size glasses, so keep that in mind.

Peanut butter layer: 1/4 cup peanut butter; 3 tablespoons almond milk; 2 bananas; 1 tsp. vanilla
Strawberry layer: 1 cup strawberries; 1/4 cup strawberry jam; 3 tablespoons almond milk; 1 container strawberry Greek yogurt
Peanut butter layer: In the glass carafe of a blender or smoothie machine, add the milk, yogurt, and vanilla. Cut the bananas into quarters. Add the bananas and peanut butter. Blend until smooth. Pour into the glasses. Wash and dry the carafe.
Strawberry layer: In the bottom of the blender carafe, add the milk, strawberry Greek yogurt, and strawberry jam. Rinse the strawberries and cut off the stems. Add the strawberries and blend until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer. Serves 2.
