This Korean Beef Bowl is an easy dish to prepare for busy weeknights. If you're like us, you're probably overwhelmed at this time of year. Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef; 1 bunch green onions; 2 cups white rice; 2 tablespoons sesame oil; 2 tablespoons brown sugar; 1/3 cup soy sauce; 1/2 tsp. pepper; 1/4 tsp. garlic powder; 1/4 tsp. ginger.; sesame seeds for garnish
Directions: In a medium size skillet, brown the beef until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and garlic powder and ginger. Slice the green onion and garnish on top, along with the sesame seeds. Serves approximately 6.
